Eric DybalaEric Dybala grew up in Houston, Texas as a proud Czech Texan. He enlisted in to the United States Air Force and traveled the world where he learned about communications and electronics. He was recruited to work for White Lodging Services where he learned the importance of aggressive customer service and is currently pursuing a degree in Emerging Media and Communications from the University of Texas at Dallas where he learned what he loves to do, and fuse the two!

Eric is enthusiastic about the latest technology and communication devices. With this excitement he is proud to be a part of social media as a medium of influence and power and can’t wait to see its long lasting impacts on the world. Eric hopes to provide you with an in-depth look at his experiences through Emerging Media and Communications, industry trends, thoughts on technology, and personal reflection on life.

After serving in the United States Air Force, I spent several years in hotel management. I knew that I enjoyed working with people and technology, and I decided to pursue a degree at UT Dallas. My original focus was in computer science, but discovered a better fit for my goals was the Emerging Media and Communications (EMAC) program. This program has opened me up to the technological and social change that has been occurring for the past 20 years.
